The Pass Guarantee

Do the work, take the exam, and if you fail, you get 6 more months of Plus free. These are the full terms, in plain language. No fine print games.

Who qualifies

The pass guarantee applies to the Plus plan ($79) only. Essentials and All-Access do not carry the guarantee.

What you must do

  1. Complete the full question bank. Finish all 1,000 practice questions on your Plus account, with explanations reviewed.
  2. Score 80% or higher on two full simulator mocks. Sit two complete 85-question, 90-minute timed simulator exams on your Plus account and score at least 80 percent on both. Practice outside the simulator does not count.
  3. Sit the real RBT exam within 6 months of purchase. Your official exam date must fall within 6 months of the day you bought Plus.

If you fail

1. Email your score report

Send your official score report within 14 days of your exam date to the support email in your Plus receipt.

2. Get 6 more months free

We extend your Plus access for 6 more months at no charge. This is an access extension, not a cash refund.

3. We verify and honor it

We confirm the three requirements above on your account, then activate your extension.

One claim per purchase. The guarantee is void if any of the requirements above are not met: partial bank completion, fewer than two 80%+ simulator mocks, or an exam date outside the 6-month window.

The honest part

A guarantee is not magic. It works because the three requirements are exactly what passers do: finish the bank, prove you can score 80%+ under a real clock, and sit the exam while the material is fresh. If you do that and still fail, the guarantee is our problem to fix, with 6 more months of Plus on us. No cash refunds.

Does the guarantee apply to Essentials or All-Access?

No. Only the Plus plan carries the pass guarantee. If you are on Essentials or All-Access, the plan pages describe what each tier includes.

Do partial mock exams count?

No. Only full 85-question, 90-minute timed simulator mocks count, and you need 80% or higher on two of them on your Plus account.

What counts as my official score report?

The official pass/fail report you receive after sitting the real RBT exam. We need the document itself, sent within 14 days of your exam date.

Is this affiliated with BACB?

No. RBT Exam Prep is an independent study platform and a FunPrep course. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. RBT is a registered mark of BACB.
